Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from MAFA OUD. We are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. Since we sell perfumes, fragrance oils, and agarwood, please note that we do not accept any returns or refunds due to the following reasons:


1. No Return & Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Perfumes, fragrance oils, and agarwood are non-returnable products due to safety and hygiene reasons, especially after the product has been tested or used.

  • To ensure fairness to other customers, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.


2. Shipping & Customs Risks

  • MAFA OUD is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses during shipping, as it depends on courier policies and procedurs.

  • For international orders, customs regulations in different countries may vary and affect product delivery. Any taxes, duties, or restrictions imposed by customs authorities are solely the buyer's responsibility.

  • Buyers fully assume the risk associated with shipping and customs clearance.


3. Product Exchange Policy

  • We will only consider exchanges if there is an error in the shipment from our side.

  • If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with proof (photos).

All products are strictly not returnable under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part. Just as you would not want a used natural & fragrance product, you can imagine others would not either. 

All items are packed and sealed carefully and checked properly before dispatched.  
 
Please email us at mafaoudmalaysia@gmail.com in such cases and include your order in the subject line. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours following the purchase time.

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, orders can’t be canceled. 

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All costs for returning goods such as extra taxes or shipment and packaging costs are covered by the buyer.
